The support will be offered in a variety of ways:
You may use all of the support mechanisms, some or only
one – how much or little support you require will depend on the type of
course you are doing and your individual learning needs.
The majority of courses are free! Talk to us about your needs and we will work
with you on cost.
The Learning Zone exists to provide flexibility and quality in education to individuals, employers and the wider learning community.
The Learning Zone was created in part due to the frustration of the partners in being aware of the slow and sometimes inappropriate response of larger education providers to individuals and individual companies learning needs. Our belief is that we can package and deliver learning in a “tailor made” way to suit most needs.
We believe in listening to what is required rather than in telling what is wanted.
We are able to provide advice and guidance on what is available but also on how best to adapt, create or develop to meet your specific needs.
By being flexible in our mode of delivery we offer a range of support mechanisms – telephone , e mail, web support via our bespoke virtual learning centre, workshops and visits – a “mix and match” approach rather than simply one version of delivery and support.
By identifying and listening to need, The Learning Zone aims to offer individualised learning packages across a range of subject areas.
